Introduction

Are you strong in sales, communicative, and do you enjoy successfully bringing people and companies together? For an established company in recruitment consulting in the Olten area, we are looking for a dedicated personality as a Recruitment Consultant 100%.

Tasks

• Management of recruitment mandates from needs analysis to successful job placement
• Conducting interviews and creating meaningful candidate dossiers
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Acquisition of new customers through telephone and personal contacts as well as networking
• Coordination of the entire recruitment process including scheduling and feedback management
• Observation of the regional labor market and advising customers on market, wage, and candidate situations

Profile

• Experience in recruitment consulting, recruitment, or sales
• Good knowledge of the regional labor market in the Olten area
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of initiative, reliability, and discretion
• Enjoyment of interacting with people as well as the further development of customer relationships
• Valid driving license Cat. B as well as own vehicle mandatory
