Head of Industrialization

Head of Industrialization Your responsibilities: Manage, support and develop a team dedicated to industrialization and methods Pilot projects related to the introduction of new parts as well as actions aimed at continuous process improvement Supervise the development of technical offers and ensure their relevance in terms of costs and feasibility Ensure smooth collaboration between internal departments (production, quality, supply chain, etc.) and external stakeholders Monitor performance indicators and ensure the achievement of industrial objectives (quality, productivity, deadlines) Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety standards and internal procedures Be a proposals force to improve manufacturing methods and strengthen overall competitiveness Your profile: Engineer degree (HES or equivalent) in mechanics, microtechnology or similar field Solid background in industrialization, ideally in the high-precision CNC turning, milling, cutting sector Proven experience in team management and industrial project management Good understanding of demanding environments (watchmaking, medical or comparable sectors) Natural leadership, ability to structure, prioritize and achieve results Excellent communication skills and ease in transversal interactions Mastery of French and good level of English (min.
