These are your tasks ##

• Implementation of company and departmental goals as well as achievement of the agreed qualitative and economic goals
• Control of projects and services in the area with regard to quality, costs, and deadlines
• Further development of structures, processes, leadership instruments, and technical standards
• Ensuring compliance with applicable norms, regulatory requirements, internal regulations, and quality standards within the department
• Responsibility for budget, results, resources, and appropriate risk management in the area of leadership, development, and succession planning of employees and managers within the area, ensuring the implementation of defined HR processes along the employee lifecycle within the department
• Maintenance and further development of market, customer, and business partner relationships as well as support for acquisition
• Development of new services and business fields as well as ensuring the sustainable market positioning of the department
• Department-wide and site-wide cooperation within the group company and the A+W Gruppe
• Reporting to the superior function as well as implementation of agreed decisions and measures
• Representation of the department towards internal and external stakeholders, co-responsibility and active participation in acquisition

What you bring with you ##

• University degree, for example ETH/FH, completion of higher vocational training or equivalent training in an engineering or planning environment
• Several years of specialist, project, and leadership experience in the relevant field of activity
• Demonstrable responsibility for a department, an organizational unit, or a comparable service portfolio including responsibility for results
• Sound knowledge in project, quality, and process management
• Strong business competence and ability to manage complex project and organizational structures
• High leadership, decision-making, and integration ability
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Strong communication, cooperation, and coaching skills
• High sense of responsibility, role, and quality awareness
• Being locally anchored (Basel region) (network)
• German in speaking and writing
• Sound experience in the field of HVAC
