Tasks This is what you design with us Our IT stands for the reliable operation and further development of a modern, hybrid system landscape. With around 300 employees and approximately 170 IT users, we operate an infrastructure of on-premises systems, networked construction site solutions, Microsoft 365 and central business applications. • You ensure reliable 1st and 2nd level support together with internal and external partners and support our employees with IT concerns • You are responsible for the on- and offboarding of users - from provision to return of hardware • You install, configure and maintain our IT workplaces and ensure smooth operation of hardware and software • You actively contribute to the further development and rollout of Microsoft 365, Intune and Autopilot • You support the expansion of our modern device and endpoint management and contribute to standardization and automation • You work on IT infrastructure projects and take responsibility for sub-projects • You create and maintain documentation as well as instructions and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer Scope of work: 80-100% Place of work: Lungern (OW) Qualification This is what you bring • Completed training in computer science or solid, comparable professional experience • Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and Microsoft 365, knowledge of Intune / Endpoint Manager is an advantage • Enjoyment of working at the help desk and supporting users in all IT questions • Fluent German in word and writing • Communicative and team-oriented personality • High willingness to learn and pronounced quality awareness • Driver's license category B (for occasional site visits and deployments on construction sites) Benefits This is what you can look forward to • A lot of creative freedom in a modern IT environment with direct influence on the further development of our system landscape • A wide and varied range of tasks with exciting technical challenges - from classic support to modern cloud topics • Visible contribution to the digital further development and modernization of our IT • 25 days of vacation plus company holidays over Christmas (usually from December 22nd) • Short decision-making paths and close collaboration with internal specialists and external partners • A family business that lives trust, appreciation and team spirit • Diverse opportunities for further education and development • Attractive employment conditions We look forward to getting to know you!
