Tasks:

• Management of demanding building construction projects in strategic planning and the building permit process
• Overall design, technical, and organizational responsibility
• Development of architecturally convincing, precise, and viable solutions
• Leading projects from the first idea to a coherent construction project (design, aesthetics, materialization, quality)
• Coordination with property developers, authorities, specialist planners, and the internal planning team
• Structuring the planning process and facilitating decisions

Profile:

• Strong sense for good design, construction technology, and costs
• Architectural thinking, clear communication, and solution-oriented action
• Several years of experience in project management of building construction projects in Switzerland
• Familiarity with strategic planning through to the building permit process
• High quality standards and professional pride
• Independent decision-making and confident leadership of planning teams as well as property developers
• Willingness for continuous further education
