Pflegefachperson Neurorehabilitation 80%-100% m/w/d Your Responsibilities ### • Professional nursing care, support, and treatment of our patients from admission to discharge • Design of a patient-centered therapy and treatment plan in close collaboration with the interprofessional team • Definition of nursing-specific goals and evaluation of the effect and course • Ensuring and coordinating organizational processes related to nursing treatment Your Profile ### • Completed training as a Dipl.
