ICT System Engineer

• 16 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Bellikon Tasks ## • You are responsible for the operation as well as the continuous development of our Microsoft platforms with a focus on Microsoft 365, Exchange, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Active Directory, VDI and Windows Server • You bring your experience to the development and standardization of our hybrid ICT landscape • You participate in infrastructure projects and support the introduction of new technologies • You are part of our inter-site infrastructure team and work in close collaboration with the Applications, Support teams as well as external partners • You support 2nd and 3rd level support and participate in the on-call service Profile ## • Completed training or studies in computer science (HF/FH) or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience as an ICT system engineer with a focus on Microsoft infrastructure • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server and VDI • Experience in the operation and continuous development of hybrid Microsoft platforms • Autonomous, reliable and solution-oriented working method as well as pleasure in collaborating in a team • Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an asset You do not need to master every technology in detail. What matters is your solid Microsoft experience, your understanding of hybrid platforms as well as your ability to evolve complex ICT environments. Your mission The Suva clinics of Bellikon and Sion accompany people after an accident or illness on their way to daily life, work and autonomy. Our ICT creates the technical conditions so that employees in medicine, nursing, therapy and administration can perform their work reliably and efficiently. As a senior ICT system engineer, you play a central role in the continuous development of our ICT infrastructure. With your colleagues in Bellikon and Sion, you ensure that our Microsoft platforms, hybrid infrastructures and modern workstation solutions are operated in a secure, stable and future-oriented manner.
