To strengthen our team, we are looking for a responsible, committed and motivated personality as Finance & Accounting Specialist 40–60 % (m/f/d) / CFO Assistant, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks You carry out the finance, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting. You prepare VAT returns and support the closing work. You take over the monthly invoicing as well as the posting of incoming payments. You record accounts payable documents, reconcile the construction and financial accounting and create payment runs. You support the payroll accounting including social security notifications and year-end processing. You maintain the master data in Abacus and take over administrative tasks in the finance area. Depending on qualification and experience, you will take on additional technical topics, for example in the areas of taxes, valuations or special clarifications. Your profile You have a commercial education, ideally supplemented by further training in finance and accounting. You bring experience in finance, accounts receivable, accounts payable and/or payroll accounting. You work independently, accurately and in a structured manner. You have good knowledge of Abacus; knowledge of Messerli is an advantage. You are a communicative, reliable and team-oriented personality.
