Your tasks • Promotion, education, and accompaniment of children and adolescents in the residential and leisure areas • Case management as the specialist responsible for coordination and cooperation • Construction and promotion of constructive, successful family work in a systemic attitude and way of working • Professionally proficient, transparent, and constructive cooperation in the team and the overall institution • Helpfulness and motivation for initiative •  Accompaniment of students and interns in the role of practical trainer (male/female)  • Personnel leadership in the absence of the team management     Your profile • Completed training as a dipl. On weekends and during school holidays, there is a reduced duty roster. For the on-call nights (sleeping times), a dedicated on-call room is available.
