Certified Caregiver

We are looking for reinforcement for our team in the Wohnhaus Vulpún in Münchenstein. The residential home offers a home to people with mental and cognitive impairments and a particularly high pedagogical and psychiatric support need. The team accompanies 11 residents. A 24-hour presence ensures support and professional competence around the clock.

Our team is in an exciting development phase. We are further shaping our cooperation, distributing responsibility more strongly within the team, and thereby creating more space for own ideas and co-design. We are looking for people who like to contribute, take on responsibility, and enjoy continuing this path together with us.

Certified Caregiver

Start date: immediately or by arrangement
Location: Münchenstein

What you can achieve with us:

• You accompany the residents in a resource-oriented and needs-adapted manner
• You plan and document the accompaniment of the residents and ensure its quality
• You respond individually to the abilities and needs of the residents
• You work closely with referrers, authorities, and the various VSP offers
• You take on responsibility beyond the immediate accompaniment work and actively help shape the cooperation and further development of the team
• You take on defined areas of responsibility and make decisions independently within your scope of decision-making

Why you will succeed:

• You have completed training in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, or an equivalent qualification
• You have experience in accompanying people with mental impairments
• You communicate mindfully, clearly, and reliably, and value an open feedback culture
• You enjoy taking on responsibility, work independently and solution-oriented, and support decisions made together
• You are ready to help shape and further develop new forms of cooperation
• You possess a category B driver's license
• Ideally, you have PA training or are motivated to complete it promptly
