Job description Your mission: You ensure the operation of the FER Genève buildings, as well as various works related to the installations and equipment of the buildings. You play an essential role in the daily functioning of our infrastructure, intervening in varied missions combining maintenance, technical support and equipment management. Main responsibilities: Carry out the monitoring of breakdowns inherent to the buildings. Coordinate routine maintenance work (preventive) and repair work (curative) Monitor the services of intervening companies, control the quality of work and receive the works. Carry out periodic checks on the works. Analyse malfunctions and propose remedies. Assist and occasionally replace colleagues in other tasks. Guarantee the accuracy of the FER Genève building plans and keep them constantly up to date. Ensure the evacuation of waste and rubbish. Carry out external shopping and transport. Ensure regular permanence and on-site interventions in the event of technical alarms. Occasionally ensure the piquet service. Sought profile Qualifications: You have a CFC in operation or an equivalent title. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar function. You master building techniques as well as building safety rules. You have a category B driving licence for professional travel.
