Your area of activity

• You process news stories from ajour/BT and video material from TeleBielingue when it is played on ajour, prepare them with Adobe Premiere Pro and publish the content via our digital channels
• You take care of social media management and stay in contact with our community
• You inform and entertain the ajour community with the most important news in the form of news clips, Instagram stories and reels
• You actively contribute to topic finding in everyday editorial work and work closely with the ajour editorial team
• You create reports and observe the development of ajour's social media channels

Your ideal profile

• You have successfully completed the Matura or completed vocational training
• Your German language skills in speaking and writing are reliable
• You move confidently on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and keep an eye on current social media trends
• You enjoy working creatively, contribute your own ideas for social media content and think both cross-channel and community-specific
• You not only develop content from existing productions further, but also implement your own, platform-specific ideas and thereby strengthen the cross-media presence and the branding of our media
• You are an open, alert person and are interested in daily news events, know ajour, the Biel/Seeland region and the canton and know what concerns them
• You work precisely, are organized and have a quick grasp
• For you, initiative and independent working are a matter of course
• You have basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
• You are prepared to perform irregular work assignments also on weekends or after closing hours
