Finance Specialist

for our fixed asset accounting

Your tasks

• Maintaining fixed asset accounting according to SWISS GAAP FER incl. organization of the fixed asset inventory and assistance in the preparation of the annual financial statements
• Independent management of investment control incl. reconciliation with third parties and preparation of credit settlements
• Preparing the data basis for the preparation of short- and medium-term investment planning
• Assistance with closing activities
• Creating and checking the VAT return
• Deputizing within the team

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with specific further training in finance and accounting or the willingness to complete such
• Experience in fixed asset accounting
• Good IT user skills (Excel) and good knowledge of SAP (FI, MM)
• Solution- and service-oriented as well as precise way of working
• Trustworthy, team player and reliable with a flair for processes
