• Visionary and evidence-based development of nursing with patients at the center
• Implementing current, evidence-based nursing knowledge into clinical nursing practice, together with a competent and collegial team
• Support in complex nursing situations
• Advising and training nursing staff on the surgical wards ("bedside teaching")
• Close cooperation with nursing management and other professional groups as well as active co-development of person-centered practice

What you bring with you ##

• Completed nursing science studies (MScN) or on the way to it
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in surgery
• Sociable, innovative and committed to further developing nursing
• Interested in developing and establishing new roles in the field of Advanced Nursing Practice
