Join a team passionate about the art of engineering. Founded in 2004 in Lausanne, INGPHI designs and realizes bridges and engineering structures, but also the load-bearing structures of museums, schools, or industrial buildings. For each project, we prioritize a creative approach: developing the form, integrating it into its site, predicting the flow of forces, choosing the materials, and defining the construction method. Within our multidisciplinary team of about seventy employees, you will follow your projects from design to the construction site, with autonomy and responsibility, in close collaboration with architects and clients.
