What you move Product Responsibility & Strategy • Collaboration in the further development of products throughout the entire life cycle - from analysis to further development to introduction • Support in the elaboration and maintenance of product vision, product strategy and product roadmap in coordination with experienced Product Managers, Portfolio Management, Business Owners and relevant stakeholders • Preparation of decision-making bases regarding costs, benefits, impacts and priorities of product projects • Participation in the assessment of conflicts of interest between legal requirements, customer requirements, technical feasibility and available resources • Step-by-step assumption of own product responsibility - depending on experience, maturity level and complexity of the product Requirements Management & Product Design • Systematic recording, analysis and structuring of customer requirements, functional needs and legal changes • Collaboration in the derivation and description of product variations, epics and features • Functional thinking and co-design of product concepts in close cooperation with Business Analysis, specialist departments, development and architecture • Support in the evaluation of requirements with regard to benefit, urgency, feasibility and impact on existing products Collaboration & Implementation • Close cooperation with agile development teams to support high-quality and timely implementation • Regular functional exchange with customers, Product Owners, Business Analysis, development, architecture, testing and operations • Contribution to effective, solution-oriented cooperation across team and department boundaries • Support in the preparation, accompaniment and follow-up of coordination with specialist committees and relevant stakeholders Why you will succeed • Completed higher education (HF/FH/Uni) in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification • Initial experience in product management, business analysis, project management or in a comparable role in the digital environment • Basic knowledge of agile product development; experience with Scrum or SAFe® is an advantage • Interest in complex functional, organizational and technical contexts • Analytical, structured way of working and enjoyment in familiarizing oneself with new topics • Strong customer and solution orientation as well as a high awareness of quality • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in cooperating with different stakeholder groups • Very good German skills, other national languages are an advantage We offer • Demanding product management task with development perspective and increasing scope for design • Opportunity to familiarize yourself with a complex and socially relevant product environment and to gradually take on more responsibility • Cooperation with committed colleagues and experts from the social security landscape of Switzerland and Liechtenstein • Flexible working time models, home office and workation possibilities and modern office spaces in a central location near the main station • Free smartphone with subscription, half-fare travelcard, attractive further training opportunities • At least 25 days of vacation and a collegial, future-oriented working environment Become part of our team Are you ready for a new challenge with a place of work near the St. Gallen main station and home office possibility?
