Night watch in the children's area, 40-50%

• Your tasks:
• At night, you ensure the safety and well-being of the children and adolescents and are responsible for two to three residential groups.
• You ensure individual, need- and resource-oriented care and support and actively contribute to a stable night structure.
• You use your good IT skills for careful and complete documentation, the daily journal, as well as for other administrative tasks.
• You work closely and constructively with the daytime care team and ensure a professional flow of information.

• You are a responsible and reliable personality who likes to work independently and always keeps an overview.
• Ideally, you have training or experience in care or nursing and bring previous knowledge as a night watch as well as in dealing with people with multiple disabilities.
• In emergency situations, you remain calm, composed, and act safely and competently.
• Empathy, patience, and joy in working with children and adolescents characterize you - you meet them with respect and at eye level.
