Refrigeration Engineer

You ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the industrial refrigeration installations of a production site, in connection with maintenance, production, and project teams.

Tasks

• Lead CAPEX investment projects related to refrigeration, from technical definition to commissioning
• Guarantee the compliance of industrial refrigeration installations with legal requirements and safety standards
• Support maintenance in the diagnosis and continuous improvement of refrigeration equipment
• Train and coach field teams on safety, performance, and efficiency
• Identify opportunities for reliability improvement and reduction of operating costs
• Strengthen a culture of prevention and operational excellence

Profile

• Degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial engineering or equivalent discipline
• Experience in industrial services and industrial refrigeration (minimum 1 year)
• Experience in maintenance of technical equipment
• Structured approach to problem solving and root cause analysis
• Skills in technical project management (investments, commissioning, startup)
• Fluent French and English
