A leader notably in the autonomous and simplified management of RCP(v), smart-me has been designing global solutions for measuring, controlling, and billing energy in buildings for over 10 years. Our smart meters, our charging station, and our unique backend are entirely developed and manufactured in Switzerland — with already more than 300'000 measurement points under contract.

For its part, our subsidiary eCarUp specializes in the simple and economical management of AC and DC charging infrastructures, both public and in PPE (with currently nearly 40'000 points under management).

Mission

• First point of contact for B2B activities in French-speaking Switzerland (telephone, e-mail, videoconference), you handle incoming requests with professionalism.
• You participate in the development of the partner network and the commercial activities of the company, notably through visits (up to approximately 50 % travel).
• You analyze and process the technical needs of customers and partners in a rigorous and systematic manner.
• At their request, you contribute to the development of technical concepts and offers intended for them.
• You accompany your interlocutors in processing their technical questions and the configuration of systems in order to optimize the installations.
• Based on your activities, you contribute to identifying new commercial opportunities for our company.
• You ensure that projects and activities are rigorously entered into our systems.

Profile

• You benefit from a solid technical or possibly commercial training (focus: energy systems, electricity or electromobility), or you bring a good technical understanding as part of a career change.
• You have an affinity with products and services related to the energy transition and like to exchange with our French-speaking partners who implement them.
• Persevering, you know how to follow up with them to help them achieve their projects, from the submission of their offer to the implementation.
• You are autonomous while enjoying teamwork, you identify opportunities on your own initiative and you like to take responsibility for your ongoing business.
• You perfectly master digital tools (CRM, etc.) and work in a structured manner.
• You communicate perfectly in French. Additional knowledge in German or English is a plus for internal communications within the company, but not indispensable.
• Basic knowledge in the field of energy management, electric mobility or building technology is a real plus for developing skills in advising partners and end users.
• A first experience in a similar function or in project management can be an asset.
• You reside in French-speaking Switzerland and know this region well.
