With our new body shop and paint shop, we at Hüsser & Palkoska AG are creating a modern workplace where quality, efficient processes, and contemporary technology are the focus.

The new K&L is built from the ground up to be modern, with new infrastructure, modern workstations, high-quality tools, and short decision-making paths. Our goal is clear: We want to build a strong, future-oriented body and paint department in which good craftsmanship and a good team belong together.

For this, we are looking for a Carrosseriespengler EFZ who is eager to be involved from the beginning, to take on responsibility, and to further develop the new department together with us.

Tasks

What awaits you?

• Carrying out bodywork and tinsmithing work on passenger cars
• Repair and restoration of accident and body damage
• Dismantling and assembly of vehicle parts
• Dent removal, straightening, welding, gluing and replacing body parts
• Preparation of vehicles for the paint shop
• Assessing damage and assisting with damage assessment
• Careful handling of tools, equipment and materials
• Ensuring a clean, efficient and high-quality way of working
• Cooperation with the paint shop, workshop, customer service and detailing
• Assisting in the setup of our new body and paint department
• Contributing your experience to processes, work processes and
• Quality standards
• Responsibility for order, cleanliness and quality at the workplace
• Practical thinking and getting stuck in, especially during the setup phase

Qualification

What do we want from you?

• Completed training as Carrosseriespengler EFZ or an equivalent training
• Experience in bodywork and accident repair
• Enjoyment of clean, precise and high-quality work
• Technical understanding and a good eye for detail
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Practice-oriented personality who remains calm even with a lot of work
• Team player mentality and enjoyment of dealing with people
• Openness, honesty and reliability
• Willingness to actively participate in the setup of a new department
• Good German skills
• Driver's license Kat. B is an advantage
