To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and customer-oriented Customer Advisor Craft Shop 100% immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• You advise our demanding customers from the construction industry, predominantly in interior finishing (sanitary sector), directly at the counter or on the phone
• You accompany and monitor the sales process from order entry to delivery
• You monitor and control deadlines
• You process customer complaints and perform general administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Completed training in the construction industry (sanitary)
• Ideally, you already have completed further training in the administrative field
• Experience in customer service in a similar environment is an advantage
• You enjoy contact with customers and radiate this as well
• You actively contribute your sales talent. In hectic moments, you stay cool and do not lose your overview
