Watch Finishing Finisher (M/F/D)

Your mission

Complete polishing of all components relating to the watch case (carriages, case backs, bezels, crown, etc.) of all materials (steel and precious metals) while respecting the quality and productivity criteria in place.

Your major responsibilities

• Master the execution of the following operations with full autonomy (brushing, lapidary, carbonizing, felting, polishing, satin finishing, brightening)
• Satin finishing: all types of satin finishing (sunray, vertical, horizontal) with mastery of different techniques (freehand, slide, carbon, brush)
• Prepare necessary material and tooling.
• Visually and dimensionally control (dial indicator, micrometer, testing bench, caliper) the parts before and/or after the operation.
• Ensure the computer follow-up of the OF.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for the sector.
• Ensure first-level maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Know how to train and transmit knowledge within the framework of the workshop's versatility.

Your background and skills

• CFC watch finishing finisher
• Excellent mastery of materials: steel, titanium, gold and platinum.
• Experience in polishing watch cases of 5 years minimum.
• Reading of plans and use of control means (dial indicator, micrometer, testing bench, caliper)
• Rigor and keen sense of detail
• Team spirit and collaboration
