Joining us means practicing a profession that has meaning, in a human-sized company, where everyone contributes with pride to better food. #### WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Participate in the design, configuration, and evolution of the ERP Infor M3 for the Production and Supply Chain domains * Develop expertise in industrial processes and ensure the role of functional referent to the business departments * Manage industrial data, including routings, bills of materials, and production data * Analyze production, planning, and logistics processes in order to identify malfunctions and opportunities for improvement, then translate business needs into functional requirements * Lead business workshops, coordinate tests, train Key Users, and support change management * Provide functional support, analyze incidents and their root causes, and contribute to the ERP roadmap as well as transformation projects #### WHAT YOU BRING: * Bachelor or Master in Business Informatics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management or an equivalent field * Proven experience in an industrial production environment, with expertise in analyzing and improving Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes * Participation in industrial ERP projects (Infor M3, SAP, Dynamics or equivalent), with a strong business orientation, an end-to-end vision, and a continuous improvement approach. Experience in the food industry is an asset * Possession of Infor M3 Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Planning training.
