Zollikofen, Schweiz (and Homeoffice) | 80-100% This is your contribution • Manage end devices/MDM in the Microsoft Cloud environment (AAD, MS Intune, SCCM, etc.) • Ensure software distribution as part of release and patch management of standard software (e.g., M365 Apps) as well as for customer orders (e.g., 3rd Party Apps) • Automate manual workflow/process steps • Create reports regarding the workplace and support partner teams • Central contact point for customers and BIT internal departments in all matters of software deployment workplace (BAB & VBAB clients) as well as for requirements for backend systems (including APS-BW, APS Kundeportal BIT, SCCM, Remedy, etc.) • Participate in problem solving (3rd level support) and testing work of new releases <br /> This makes you unique • Informatics training (EFZ) as well as completion of a higher vocational education or comparable subject-related and/or technical further training • Know-how in Microsoft SCCM and Intune, Microsoft 365 Apps, Microsoft Windows, SQL as well as PowerShell • Networked way of thinking, team-oriented and communicative personality • Experience in working in agile teams (SCRUM/SAFe) as well as ITIL and Hermes is an advantage • Good knowledge of an official language as well as English <br /> In a nutshell You will work as a system specialist in a team that is responsible for end device management and software management to ensure the high quality requirements for our customers.
