Due to expansion, we are looking for an initiative personality to start immediately or by arrangement as Social Worker (60 to 100% workload) ## Your tasks • Counseling and support for residents in social or economic distress • Independent case management within the framework of social assistance according to cantonal law • Examination and provision of support benefits as well as assertion of possible upstream benefits • Cooperation with specialist agencies (e.g., RAV, ALK, SVA, NGO, addiction counseling, etc.) • Drafting applications for the benefit of the social commission • File management in the case management system (Tutoris) as well as case-related administration Your profile - You- • hold a degree in Social Work (FH) or a comparable qualification • have good knowledge of social assistance law as well as routine in digital working (CMI, Tutoris) • have professional experience in the field of economic social assistance • have a confident appearance, empathy and enjoyment of direct contact with people • prefer a structured and responsible way of working • are a decisive and resilient personality • like clear and solution-oriented communication We offer • Meaningful work with direct added value for our population and society • Collegial team with an open, appreciative culture • Internal specialist departments as support for case work (Job Coaching, Case Management) • Fair employment conditions according to cantonal regulations • Annual working time model with flexible working time design • Further training and development opportunities • Modern workplace in a beautiful, rural environment Interest piqued?
