Commercial Clerk 40% (m/f/d)

Your challenge:
Responsibility for personnel reporting
Creation of invoices based on the reports received
Support for personnel scheduling
Maintaining an overview of employee training and further education
Organization and registration of employees for training
Support for the HR team

We expect:
Commercial basic training
Further training as a technical clerk
Good knowledge of MS Office
High flexibility and commitment
Resilience and a reliable way of working
Versatility in various administrative and organizational tasks
Strong awareness of discipline, structure, and order
Ability to work in a team as well as open and cooperative cooperation
Customer-oriented and professional appearance
