Miss Fit, a fitness network exclusively dedicated to women, is growing rapidly in Suisse romande. To support us in our development, we are looking for an experienced and autonomous person to take charge of the current accounting and administrative monitoring of our activities, in collaboration with our fiduciary.

Your responsibilities
--------------------

You will be responsible for all accounting tasks prior to the closing of accounts, including:

• Daily monitoring of accounting and accounting entries
• Entry and control of supplier invoices
• Monitoring of payments and receipts
• Management of accounts receivable and open claims
• Establishment and monitoring of reminders
• Reconciliation of accounts and payments
• Monitoring of client and supplier invoices
• Preparation and control of elements necessary for the fiduciary
• Preparation and management of monthly salaries
• Management of payroll statements and elements related to salaries
• Monitoring of social insurances and other administrative steps related to accounting
• Preparation of documents and information necessary for the annual closing
• Close collaboration with the fiduciary to ensure complete and correctly maintained accounting
• Occasional administrative support on tasks related to the financial management of the company

The closing of accounts and final operations are carried out by our fiduciary. You are therefore the reference person to ensure that all accounting and administrative elements beforehand are correctly monitored, controlled, and prepared.

Your profile
------------

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting in Switzerland
• Training in accounting, management, or an equivalent field
• Very good command of general accounting
• Experience in payroll management and social insurances
• Autonomous, organized, rigorous, and reliable person
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with IT tools and accounting software
• Experience with an SME or multiple entities is an asset
• Fluent French; English is a plus
