Tasks

• Management of website and intranet as well as responsibility for their strategic and technical further development
• Professional responsibility for the internal communication platform «Beekeeper»
• Project management for web and intranet projects
• Management of the web agency and coordination of the agency, internal IT and other suppliers
• Support of our web and intranet editorial team (support, training), creation of instructions
• Writing and optimizing website texts
• Managing our Google business profile and publishing social media posts
• Creating newsletters
• Monitoring, controlling and reporting of online communication measures

Profile

• Successfully completed education or further training in the field of digital or online marketing
• Experience in a similar position desirable
• Sound knowledge in the areas of UX, KI, SEO, content marketing, accessibility and online data protection
• Knowledge of CMS (ideally TYPO3)
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro and/or InDesign as well as Google Search Console and GA4, additionally Matomo is an advantage
• Familiarity with the communication platform «Beekeeper» is an advantage
• Good experience in newsletter tools
• Highly developed organizational, communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment in using these in daily work
• Very good written and oral expression
