Locality Lausanne Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 41162 Published on 03/07/2026 For one of my clients in the Nord Vaudois (Orbe/Vallorbe region), a modern and friendly dental practice, I am actively looking for a motivated dental assistant wishing to evolve within a young and dynamic team. Job description ### • Ensure the opening and closing of the practice • Prepare and sterilize all instruments, equipment, and materials necessary for the practitioners' interventions • Welcome patients with kindness and professionalism, schedule appointments • Create, update, and ensure the follow-up of patients' medical files, including anamnesis • Provide technical assistance to the practitioner(s) (instrumentation assistant, operative assistant), by anticipating their needs • Accompany the practitioner during "off-site" activities (e.g., school dental check-ups) • Perform the administrative and accounting tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the practice (quotes, invoicing, collections, fee notes) • Coordinate work with dental laboratories • Manage the stock of equipment and consumable products Profile ### • You hold a CFC as a dental assistant or an equivalent title • You have a first successful experience in a similar position • You perfectly master the hygiene and safety standards in force • You enjoy contact with patients and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills • You are dynamic, organized, rigorous, and have a strong sense of responsibility • You have attention to detail and know how to manage several tasks simultaneously, even in stressful situations • You are comfortable with IT tools and able to adapt quickly to professional software Other information: Parking space available Personal vehicle indispensable Dental Assistant CFC / Permanent
