Initial Situation ###

Good dispatching is recognized by the fact that, in the end, everything is where it should be - even though something usually comes up in between.

For a well-coordinated and manageable team, we are looking for a personality who enjoys organizing, thinks ahead, and keeps an overview. You will take over transports in import, export, and domestic and ensure that orders become concrete trips.

Tasks ###

• dispatching and organizing transports in import, export, and domestic
• planning of pickups and deliveries and coordinating the vehicles
• scheduling and supervising drivers and transport partners
• recording and processing transport orders and the associated documents
• monitoring ongoing transports and reacting to short-term changes
• communicating with customers, drivers, carriers, and other partners
• searching for and finding solutions when a tour does not run quite according to plan

Requirements ###

• completed commercial training, ideally in the forwarding or transport industry
• experience in dispatching or in the international transport business
• good knowledge of import, export, and domestic traffic
• independent, organized, and solution-oriented way of working
• uncomplicated personality who likes to roll up their sleeves and keeps an overview

IT ###

MS-Office - good knowledge
