Job description ## Since a therapist wishes to stop due to self-employment, we urgently need another therapist who enjoys working independently in a small, nice team. Our physiotherapy practice was founded in 1982 on the 1st floor with 6 treatment rooms. All rooms are filled with light. Next to us is a group practice of 6 general practitioners. A practice with gynecologists is also located in the building. In total, we are currently 3 therapists, all part-time. Currently, our team consists of one female therapist and two male therapists and therefore, to complete our team, we are looking for a committed physiotherapist, preferably with lymphatic drainage training, for our patients. Our opening hours are: Monday - Thursday from 08.00 - 19.00 Fridays from 08.00 - 17.00 The field of activity includes general physiotherapy with orthopedic, surgical, gynecological, neurological specialties, as well as lymphology and home visits in the immediate vicinity. We are happy to teach MatrixRythmusTherapie, shockwave, etc., if there is no prior knowledge. The patient base consists of all clinical pictures, age groups and nations. Flexibility and independent working are desired. Since we are a very small team, an 80% position unfortunately cannot be done in 4 days. After all, we must maintain our peaceful opening hours. In the summer months, we are closed on Wednesdays. Linguistically, in addition to German, we also offer English, Italian, Turkish and Arabic. We work in a rhythm of 30 and 60 minutes. We see the patient as a whole and not just reduced to the clinical picture. Since many paths lead to the goal, no standard procedure (Schema F) is prescribed here; instead, everyone has their own experiences, which can also be shared during joint bi-weekly meetings with case studies. Ultimately, everyone has their own favorite techniques and experiences that they offer. We offer a relaxed, collegial, family atmosphere in private treatment rooms, 5 weeks of vacation and 6 days of release for further training with very modern remuneration and a 13th month's salary, which can also be received proportionally on a monthly basis upon request. Administration time is provided. If no SRK recognition is available, this can be done with us. We also participate in the costs. More details can be provided during the job interview. A free PreCheck should already be available for this. All German training is recognized in Switzerland. If no Bachelor's degree is available, for SRK recognition, a minimum of 6 months of supervision by us must take place, combined with online further training of approx. 10 days at a university (distributed over 3 months).
