Security Employee (m/f/d) – Order Service & Property Protection (20 - 40%)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and responsible personality for order service and property protection for a demanding assignment in the healthcare sector in Thun, by arrangement. Your main tasks: • Ensuring safety and order at the assignment site • Preventive presence as well as professional handling of conflict and exceptional situations • Support and protection of staff as well as ensuring respectful interaction with patients, relatives, and visitors • Carrying out access controls and enforcement of house rules • Carrying out control and patrol rounds in the interior and exterior areas • Processing alarm messages as well as reporting and documenting special incidents Your profile: • Completed vocational training or equivalent education • At least three years of experience in security services • Impeccable reputation (no entries in the criminal and debt enforcement registers as well as no pending proceedings) • Swiss citizen or valid residence permit B or C • Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as a good understanding of Swiss German dialect • High social competence and professional handling of people in demanding situations • Assertiveness as well as a calm and prudent demeanor even in conflict situations • Readiness for irregular working hours (day, night, and weekend shifts) • Good physical and mental resilience • Well-groomed appearance as well as a reliable and responsible way of working We offer: • Place of work: Thun • A responsible and varied activity in security services • A careful introduction to the assignment area • Employment conditions according to GAV as well as further training and development opportunities Do you feel addressed?
