In this versatile role, you will look after several properties on-site and will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your tasks include:

• Care and supervision of all technical systems in the building
• Planning and organization of repair, service and maintenance work
• Supervision, accompaniment and control of work carried out by external service providers
• Support in projects and optimizations in cooperation with internal and external bodies
• Implementation of customer orders
• Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work on systems and infrastructure
• Carrying out greenery and landscaping work
• Completion of administrative tasks as part of your activity

You describe yourself as a service provider from the bottom of your heart. Positive feedback on your performance motivates you and spurs you on to further top performance. You also bring the following with you:

• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or a basic manual training
• Several years of professional experience in building maintenance is an advantage
• Residence in the region
• Independent, structured way of working and a high sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
• Readiness for on-call duty
• Impeccable reputation without criminal or debt enforcement register entries
