Do you want to actively help shape talent development and accompany young talents and internal junior staff on their way? In this versatile function, you will take over the responsibility for central talent and junior programs at ISS Schweiz and thus shape the long-term development of our employees. What to expect You will be responsible for our international Management Trainee Program throughout the entire cycle, from recruitment to deployment planning to accompanying participants and involved managers. You will look after the internship and diploma students and coordinate cooperation with universities and internal stakeholders. You will continuously develop our talent programs and ensure their sustainable impact and quality. You will support our managers in identifying, accompanying, and promoting internal talents and support the implementation of our talent management process. You will conceive and implement talent and development initiatives as well as formats such as Company Days, onboarding programs, and other learning and networking opportunities. You will lead or support HR projects in the area of talent management and personnel development and actively contribute to conceptual further developments. You will work closely with managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders and advise them on talent development issues. What you bring Higher education with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development. Several years of experience in the areas of Talent Management, Personnel Development, Learning & Development, or Human Resources. Experience in leading or coordinating projects and enjoying the implementation of concepts. Distinct communication and consulting skills as well as a confident appearance towards different stakeholders. Conceptual and analytical strength combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach (hands-on mentality). Independent, structured, and reliable work as well as high initiative. Very good German and English skills in word and writing.
