Construction Manager / Project Manager Facade Construction (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Independent management and supervision of ventilated facade construction projects
• Work preparation, control of the construction process and creation of schedules
• Creating material requisitions and ordering materials
• Quality, cost and deadline monitoring
• Continuous measurement creation and preparation of the billing
• Leading and supporting the foremen / site supervisors and assembly staff
• Communication with customers, architects, specialist planners and suppliers

Your profile:

• Completed training in the field of master builder, roofer, metal, facade and/or timber construction
• Professional experience in project management of building envelopes
• IT skills
• Leadership and organizational skills, entrepreneurial thinking
• Motivated, team-oriented appearance as well as reliability and a responsible, exact way of working
• Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing
• Enjoyment of dealing with people
