All applications are welcome, without distinction of origin, gender, disability or age. 3 to 5 axis CNC Programmer Setter M/F Job description: ISO programming and/or CAM (type GibbsCAM, Mastercam, Alphacam or equivalent) Full setup of 3, 4 and 5 axis simultaneous CNC machining centers Definition of machining strategies Optimization of tool paths and cycle times Selection and management of cutting tools (cutting conditions, wear \-) Setup of fixtures and participation in their improvement Launch and stabilization of series (prototypes to medium series) Dimensional control during production (micrometers, comparators, profile projector, 3D machines) Analysis of process drifts and implementation of corrective actions Active participation in continuous improvement processes (Lean, 5S, scrap reduction) Job requirements: Training in microtechnique (CFC polymécanicien, micromécanicien or ES technician) Solid experience in multi-axis machining of high-precision parts Reading and interpretation of complex technical drawings Analytical mind, autonomy in process setup Experience in a watchmaking environment: a serious asset jpidab832e9jm jpit0834jm jpiy26jm
