Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (m/w/d) - Schools Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (m/w/d) - Schools | Data Protection | Collaboration For a short-term ICT project in the educational environment, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (m/w/d) to support us in Requirements Engineering for a data protection compliant collaboration solution for schools. In the project, existing requirements of schools for a practical solution for collaboration and data storage are to be completed, consolidated, validated, and prioritized. The focus is on the structured collection and evaluation of requirements as well as the creation of a reliable requirement catalog. Tasks: • Support of the internal Business Analyst in Requirements Engineering • Preparation, execution, and evaluation of interviews with relevant stakeholders • Creation and evaluation of surveys • Consolidation and validation of existing requirements • Prioritization of requirements in agreement with the project participants • Creation of a structured requirement catalog • Documentation of the results as a basis for further solution finding Profile: • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer in the ICT environment • Certification as a Business Analyst, ideally IREB or comparable • Experience in at least two relevant project deployments with a duration of at least 3 months each • Knowledge of HERMES, certification is not mandatory • Experience in the collection, structuring, and prioritization of requirements • Experience in conducting and evaluating interviews and surveys • Ability to consolidate and document requirements of different stakeholders in a comprehensible manner • Structured, independent, and precise working method • Very good German language skills at level C1 • Experience in the educational environment or with data protection relevant ICT solutions is an advantage Reference number: 925072DO Role: Business Analyst (m/w/d) Location: Bern and region Scope: 60 to 70 hours Start: End: In November 2026 If this position has sparked your interest, please send us your complete dossier via the link in this advertisement.
