Your missions Welcome, inform, and accompany patients with professionalism and kindness. Perform technical ophthalmology examinations according to current protocols (OCT, visual field, biometry, etc.). Assist doctors during treatments and interventions. Prepare intervention rooms. Ensure the administrative management of medical files, the planning and coordination of surgical interventions, as well as various tasks related to the center's activity. Manage orders of medical equipment and ensure stock monitoring. Actively participate in coordination between different healthcare professionals to guarantee smooth patient care. Your profile CFC as a medical assistant or training deemed equivalent. Experience in ophthalmology is an asset. You are organized, rigorous, and autonomous. You enjoy working in a team and demonstrate an excellent sense of service. You know how to manage priorities and remain efficient in a dynamic environment. You appreciate evolving in an environment requiring an excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You are comfortable with IT tools and enjoy learning new technologies. You demonstrate flexibility, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills. Workplace The position is mainly based in Yverdon-les-Bains. A half-day of work per week is carried out at our Lausanne site. Depending on business needs, this presence may be increased occasionally.
