Accompany two beneficiaries with ASD and challenging behaviors on a daily basis, within an intensive and individualized framework Co-construct, implement, and adjust individualized support projects Work in close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team Actively participate in the evaluation of practices and their evolution Promote adapted activities, socialization, and openness to the outside, taking into account each person's abilities CFC as a socio-educational assistant or equivalent, if a foreign diploma, recognition by SEFRI is mandatory Knowledge of ASD and/or a strong willingness to undergo in-depth training. Experience in supporting or caring for publics with challenging behaviors and in complex situations: a significant asset. Strong interest in innovative approaches, research, and the application of best practices recognized at an international level. Strong interest and/or experience in interdisciplinary work Flexibility, high capacity for adaptation, team spirit, and motivation to contribute to a large-scale project. Mastery of French and standard office tools. To master the French language.
