For our site in Marin, we are looking for a: Accountant Your responsibilities ## • Ensure the accounting of current operations (suppliers, customers, bank and general ledger operations) as well as the associated reconciliations. • Ensure the accounting follow-up of investment requests and fixed assets. • Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings. • Reconcile intercompany transactions. • Prepare VAT returns and requests for reimbursement of withholding tax. • Prepare statistical reports required by the authorities (BNS, OFS). • Participate in work related to current tax returns. • Participate in the preparation of external audits and provide the required analyses and documentation. • Analyze variances and resolve accounting anomalies. • Actively participate in optimization and automation projects contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes. • Ensure the filing and archiving of accounting documentation in accordance with current procedures. Your profile ## • CFC in commercial employee or training in accounting with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting, ideally in an industrial or international environment. • Hands-on approach, ability to evolve one's working environment and to be proactive in making proposals. • Proactive, rigorous and reliable person. • Excellent organization, good team spirit, integrity, efficiency and autonomy. • Good knowledge of spoken and written English. • Very good mastery of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) • Proven experience with SAP. • Knowledge of Swiss VAT. • Knowledge of IFRS standards is an asset.
