To strengthen our team in Spreitenbach, we are looking for a reliable, technically savvy, and linguistically gifted Clerk Spare Parts Sales per immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the consultation and sale of spare parts by telephone, by email, and personally on-site in Spreitenbach in German and French (B2B and B2C)
• You process the complete order, from receipt to invoicing
• You assist with operational purchasing and manage the assigned supplier portfolio
• You work closely with internal and external technicians, the warehouse team, customer service, appliance sales, and the workshop

Your profile

• You have a completed technical basic training with commercial further training or vice versa
• Your experience includes a similar position in a technical environment
• You have business-fluent German and French skills, other languages are an advantage
• With your organizational and planning skills, you maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• You are a team player and enjoy daily customer contact
• You are familiar with MS Office and preferably have experience with SAP
