What awaits you
With your organizational talent, your service orientation, and your commitment, you contribute significantly to a positive customer experience and smooth hearing center everyday life.

• You look after our customers by telephone and in person, schedule appointments, and ensure first-class customer care.
• You coordinate the appointment calendar and handle administrative tasks as well as cash management independently.
• You perform service work on hearing aids and advise on accessories and additional products.
• You support our hearing acousticians with hearing tests, ear impressions, hearing aid checks, and annual services.
• You take care of inventory management including orders, goods receipt, and inspection.

What you bring with you
You are communicative, service-oriented, and enjoy interacting with people:

• Enjoyment of sales and personal consultation - ideally with experience in retail or detail trade.
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as a high degree of empathy.
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working.
• Interest in technical and electronic products as well as good IT affinity.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and the motivation to constantly develop yourself.
• Proficient German skills in spoken and written form.
