At the Briefzentrum Zürich-Mülligen, we process around 4.5 million items daily. We thus set the course for high-quality and timely handover to delivery. In this role, you will coordinate the interaction of the various processes and units within the early and late shifts - from receipt through preparation and sorting to picking and removal.

We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 135’500 to CHF 150’500 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with differing competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

This is what you can achieve.

• As a member of the management team of the Briefzentrum Zürich-Mülligen, you directly lead around 19 team leaders / deputy operations managers and indirectly approx. 180 operational employees.
• Together with your leadership team, you are responsible for service delivery and smooth and efficient processing of letters, parcels, advertising mailings, newspapers, and small goods.
• You are responsible for the optimal handling of processing processes and ensure high quality standards in the organizational structure and workflow.
• You monitor and control process key figures and make the necessary decisions, in particular to optimize efficiency and quality.
• You drive changes within the organization and promote cooperation, the exchange of experience, and the further development of employees.
• Within your operational organization, you ensure the flow of information and are responsible for occupational safety and health protection.
• You participate in internal projects and working groups and, if required, take on the management of specific projects.
