Short description of the most important activities
Execution of maintenance, interim, and basic cleaning in residential, office, and commercial properties
Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and preservation of value of the buildings
Cleaning of stairwells, sanitary facilities, entrance areas, lift systems, and other common areas
Carrying out quality controls
Professional use of cleaning agents and cleaning machines
Refilling of consumables
Maintenance of outdoor areas
Disposal of waste
Support with special cleanings
Contact person for customers, tenants, and external service providers
Independent completion of assigned cleaning tasks

Desired education / further training
Training as a Gebäudereiniger/in EFZ or several years of professional experience in maintenance and special cleaning
Knowledge in handling cleaning machines and professional cleaning agents
Good German language skills
Independent and reliable way of working

Desired requirements
Several years of experience in maintenance and building cleaning is an advantage
Independent, reliable, and careful way of working
High awareness of quality and hygiene
Physical resilience as well as good physical condition
Friendly and well-groomed appearance
