In this versatile function, you will manage global procurement processes, ensure material availability for production, and actively participate in international optimization projects.

Your tasks:

Processing of operative purchasing of components and assemblies from international suppliers
Processing of purchase requisitions and triggering of global orders
Management of Just-in-Time processes as well as Vendor-Managed-Inventory solutions
Monitoring of open orders, delivery dates, and material stocks
Proactive initiation of escalation measures in the event of supply bottlenecks
Ensuring uninterrupted material supply for production
Maintaining daily cooperation with international suppliers
Administration of orders, shipping information, forecasts, and electronic invoices
Creation and distribution of supplier forecasts and key performance indicators
Checking and approving incoming invoices
Clarification of price and quantity differences as well as processing of supplier complaints
Maintenance and ensuring of correct master data in SAP ERP
Creation of regular evaluations regarding orders, supplier performance, and inventory levels
Support in the introduction and training of new team members
Participation in cross-site projects to optimize purchasing and supply chain processes
Continuous checking and improvement of existing workflows
Your profile:

Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a comparable field of study
At least two years of relevant professional experience in purchasing or Supply Chain Management after graduation
Sound experience in the operative purchasing of a manufacturing company
Very good knowledge of SAP ERP, especially in the areas of MM, PP, and master data
Experience in participating in or leading projects
Strong affinity for numbers, data, and system-supported processes
Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
Very good skills in stakeholder and supplier management
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving competence
Independent, careful, and structured way of working
Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented personality
Ability to maintain an overview and act in a solution-oriented manner even during supply bottlenecks
Final certificate and current employment reference are available
