For our client, an established company in the field of technical building equipment, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality as Project Manager Sanitary (m/f).

The company plans and realizes demanding solutions for building services and accompanies projects from initial planning to successful implementation. For the existing project team, we are looking for a personality who enjoys taking responsibility, professionally supports customers, and enjoys technically demanding projects.

Your Task ##

• Planning, organization, and implementation of medium to large projects in the field of sanitary technology.
• Independent management of the projects assigned to you as well as coordination of all involved parties.
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams for more extensive undertakings.
• Creation and elaboration of technical as well as commercial offers.
• Obtaining and comparing offers as well as supporting the procurement of materials and services.
• Accompanying projects from the planning phase to practical realization.
• Coordination with customers, suppliers, specialist planners, and other project partners.
• Monitoring of deadlines and ensuring smooth project processes.
• Active collaboration in the development of practical and economical solutions.

Your Profile ##

• Completed training as a Building Services Planner Sanitary or a comparable technical qualification.
• Additional further training at a higher professional level is an advantage.
• Several years of professional experience in sanitary technology and experience in independent project processing.
• Good organizational skills and a strong technical understanding.
• Enjoyment in the coordination of different contact persons and in cooperating with customers.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Resilience and a high sense of responsibility.
• Customer-oriented and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a team as well as the willingness to take on responsibility.
