These are your tasks
Independent leadership, development, and support of the electrical team
Technical and organizational leadership of the subordinate employees
Planning of the employee deployment in the team (resource planning)
Independent processing of demanding projects from concept to realization
Conceptual project development, testing of technical feasibility, and implementation of innovative solution approaches
Advising customers regarding economic efficiency over the entire life cycle of a property
Close cooperation with the other specialist departments of Amstein +
Participation in project competitions and in winning contracts
What you bring with you
Higher vocational training in the field of electrical engineering and/or several years of experience as a Head of Electrical
At least 5 years of professional experience and experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams and employees
Proven experience in the planning and realization of technically demanding projects
High social competence, confident appearance, and strong customer orientation
Enthusiasm and enjoyment of demanding work
Independent, reliable, and conscientious character with a goal-oriented way of working
Good knowledge of MS Office and planning tools (NPK, , etc.)
Experience and/or interest in CAD (3D planning in Revit) is an advantage
German language skills in speaking and writing
