Your main mission is to ensure the manufacture of plastic parts in compliance with quality, quantity, and deadline requirements, by optimizing the operation of our injection presses Aarburg, Demag, Engel. Under the responsibility of the production manager, eager to contribute to the quality of the manufactured products and acting in compliance with safety rules, you: - Ensure the setting, optimization, and basic maintenance of the presses, respecting procedures, guaranteeing their optimal operation in terms of safety, productivity, and quality - Monitor equipment performance during production (cycle times, scrap rates...), - Alert in case of deviations observed on products and/or tooling/machines, - Collaborate, proactively, with the relevant teams to resolve issues and/or during process improvement projects. Profile sought : Coming from a technical background, you have significant experience in an industrial environment in plastics.
