Job Description
Case Manager (50-70%):
As a Case Manager, you accompany surgical patients before, during, and after their hospital stay
From the anamnesis to the follow-up call, you provide advisory support to the patient
You coordinate the cooperation between different service providers
You organize appropriate follow-up solutions depending on need
Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH (30-50%):
You treat and care for patients during their hospital stay
You assist in ensuring optimal and competent nursing care
Medical-technical, administrative, and housekeeping activities are part of your area of responsibility
You enjoy accompanying trainees.
You support the assurance of smooth departmental processes while considering economic efficiency
Qualifications
Training as a nursing professional HF, professional experience in an acute care hospital
an independent, competent, and innovative personality
Willingness to take responsibility and ability to work in a team
a careful, exact, and independent way of working
Willingness to support innovations and to develop professionally
Very good German skills (oral and written) and oral French skills (or willingness to learn them)
