For the Rechtsdienst department, we are looking for reinforcement starting immediately or by arrangement. Tasks You are responsible for processing the legal matters arising in the Tiefbauamt, particularly in the areas of planning and construction law, road and railway law, environmental law, procurement law, civil law including liability law, as well as general administrative law. You represent the Tiefbauamt in court proceedings before all instances in administrative law disputes. You are responsible for negotiating and drafting administrative and private law contracts, including land purchase and sale contracts including land register execution. You prepare memos, fact sheets, and statements on various legal questions and topics. You carry out legislative projects such as the preparation and revision of ordinances, regulations, guidelines, and city council resolutions. Profile University legal degree and preferably a bar attorney patent or an equivalent qualification Preferably knowledge of administrative law and real estate/property purchase law or interest in familiarizing yourself with new legal areas At least three years of practical professional experience in administration, in a court, or in legal practice Independence, sense of responsibility, solution orientation, and resilience Very good and stylistically confident German in speaking and writing We offer The opportunity to help shape the future of the largest city.
